About the event
In my studio practice, I work in a variety of mediums. For the purpose of a workshop, I like to focus on acrylic paints, pencils, and art crayons. This way ideas can be easily expressed by both adults and children.

My interest is in facilitating workshops based on a creative expression that stimulates the mind and raises our collective frequency. In the past when I've done painting workshops they have always produced amazing results and I look forward to this next opportunity.
When we collectively visualize our dream community or utopian society we are able to see what we all aspire to and what unites us. Often times I see similar themes like land with clean water, sustainable energy and areas specifically designed to promote wellness. When we are able to freely draw/paint these ideas and showcase what's in our minds we collectively take a step toward our bright future.
Behold! Ari Glass ( b. Seattle on September 7th, 1988 ) is a renowned multidisciplinary artist.
Coming from South Seattle, one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the US, Ari is
inspired by the amalgamation of different cultures from around the world.
The artistic style that best describes his work is Solar: the golden light of the Sun is the
creative power that unites life on Earth. In his artwork, he uses gold as his primary medium,
the element that has represented the Sun, royalty, and divinity since time immemorial. The
ethereal essence of gold has the power to transfigure images, conveying a sacred quality
and harmony. Ari uses his knowledge of art history in unison with his personal style to
create unique compositions that serve as a bridge between the past and the present. His
work vitalizes the idea that everyone is a sovereign ruler in their own kingdom, empowering
the artist and the viewer. Through vivid color, gilding, and philosophy Ari’s goal as an
artist is to shine the solar power to the people — uplifting and uniting them with radiant
self-realization.
As a self-taught artist, Ari wishes to share how art can have a positive effect on people in
Seattle and the world right now. Today, his work is displayed across Seattle as permanent
art installations, murals, exhibitions, and clothing. He has been creating artwork his whole
life and will never quit.
